George Palmer

George Palmer is a member of the Prudential Commercial Real Estate staff and focuses primarily on the beaches and greater Jacksonville areas.  He has been involved in Florida's commercial real estate market since 2004 and holds a Florida real estate broker's license.  He specializes in multi-family properties but also has successfully listed and sold a number of office and retail properties.  He previously worked at Dickinson-Klotz Real Estate Investment Advisors and Watson Commercial Real Estate.   

Prior to that, he was a senior communications and marketing executive with the DuPont Company and two other multibillion dollar Fortune 100 companies for over 25 years, serving as the vice president and chief communications officer for the last 9 years.  After a brief experience with retirement, he successfully launched a second career in commercial real estate.  "I missed working with people and enjoy new challenges in helping them find attractive business investment opportunities," Palmer says.

These are strengths that I have used throughout my business career and continually strive to provide my customers to help them reach their financial objectives," he says.

Palmer is involved in a variety of community and church activities and serves on the Board of Beaches Emergency Assistance Ministry and previously served  on the Board of the North Florida American Red Cross and as chair of a special committee on creative industries for the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce.  He lives with his wife and son in Jacksonville.
