Ms. McIntosh’s approach to a commercial real estate transaction is that of consultant.  Her territory is the State of Florida.  Her specialty is land and natural resources.  However, at this stage in the recovery phase of our economy, leasing has become a significant part of her day to day business.  Relying on her diverse professional background including Professional Geologist, environmental consultant, and exploration geologist, she is not intimidated by environmental issues or the land development process as it relates to completing a transaction.

Ms. McIntosh began her career providing construction quality control and quality assurance services as an Engineering Technician.  After earning a BS Degree in Geology she worked many years as an Environmental Consultant, developing her land characterization skills and determining the presence or absence of soil and groundwater contamination.  Later, she had the rare opportunity to work in the mining industry as a Field Exploration Geologist traveling the eastern United States in search of heavy mineral sand deposits. 

She is in tune with the current “Buyer’s Market”.    In response to current market conditions, she has developed bank contacts and other research methods to identify financially distressed Sellers of large tracts of entitled land or subdivisions of developed lots in response to requests for these properties from investors and national residential builders.  She has established a network of Buyers throughout Florida and the United States.
