Linda H. Sherrer is the President and CEO of Prudential Network Realty (PNR) of Jacksonville, Florida. As its founding broker, she has guided the company from its inception in 1988. Today, PNR is one of the most dynamic and respected real estate firms in Northeast Florida. Prudential Network Realty has over 325 agents, seven branch offices, a Builder Sales Division as well as a corporate relocation division; a title company, and a mortgage company. In 2005, Prudential Network Realty exceeded $1 billion in closed sales. Linda Sherrer is one of the original ten members of the National Advisory Council of Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. Her firm has received the Gibraltar Circle Award each year from 1992 through 2007, recognizing PNR as one of the Top 40 Prudential Real Estate Affiliates among more than 2,100 Prudential affiliate companies. In 1998, Ms. Sherrer was named Prudential Real Estate Affiliates' National Broker of the Year. This coveted award is granted annually to one broker chosen from more than 14,000 Prudential real estate brokers throughout the nation. Ms. Sherrer previously served as Marketing Director for Epping Forest, a prestigious local community and yacht club, where she was an officer of Gate Petroleum Company, the developer. Prior to that, she was Corporate Vice President and Director of Relocation for a local real estate company. She has 30 years of executive experience in real estate, and is a proven and inspired leader, held in high esteem by all segments of the industry. Ms. Sherrer's community and civic activities include a Gubernatorial-appointed term on the Board of Directors of the Jacksonville International Airport Authority, the Board of Trustees of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Directors of the Florida Association of REALTORS, and past President of Northeast Florida Association of REALTORS and currently serves on the Board of Directors. She also serves on the Boards of the IM Sulzbacher Center, the Jacksonville Women's Network, and Epping Forest Yacht Club, and formerly held the position of Commodore at Epping Forest Yacht Club. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Jacksonville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, where she was past Chairman. Her partners include: Thomas F. Petway III, Chairman and CEO of Zurich Insurance Services, Inc., and part-owner of the Jacksonville Jaguars National Football League team; W.A. (Mac) McGriff III, past President of Alliance Mortgage Company and former President and CEO of University Medical Center; E. Bruce Bower, former President and COO of Florida National Bank; J. Michael Hughes, President of Gibraltar Title Services; and Dionette Cherney, former Vice President of Prudential Real Estate Affiliates.
