Mike, as an award-winning real estate professional, with over 25 years of success in investing, developing and marketing real estate, brings a widely based depth of expertise to the Prudential team. Mike has developed, constructed and marketed more than $250 million of commercial, residential and multi-use properties in the United States. As a Real Estate Investment Professional and General Contractor Mike has served as General Partner and Managing Member for numerous public and private equity partnerships in commercial, industrial and residential property and has served as development manager and consultant for various public agencies and authorities. With an extensive background in land development, feasibility analysis, vertical construction and capital formation for real estate investment, Mike specializes in land and lot acquisitions and marketing, acquisition and disposition of REO and other bank owned real estate, distressed property turnarounds and development management/consulting. Mike is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and holds a Masters degree in Real Estate and Urban Development and an MBA in Finance from the University of Tennessee. Mike is also candidate for CCIM designee.
