Steve Dearing brings 28 years of commercial banking experience and 8 years of marketing commercial real estate to PRUDENTIAL COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE. This experience was focused on analyzing and financing commercial real estate to include retail shopping and strip centers, office center developments, residential developments, and various income properties. Using this experience in marketing commercial real estate has resulted in recognition for four consecutive years, in The Circle of Distinction, as a national top producer. He has a degree in business from the University of Georgia, continuing education certificates in financial and business cash flow analysis, and is presently a candidate for the coveted CCIM designation. Dearing has lived, worked and been involved with various civic activities in northeast Florida for the past 30 years including Rotary International, United Way, Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development Council and others. He has had residences in Jacksonville, Gainesville and St. Augustine and therefore has a valuable depth of knowledge of the northeast Florida markets.
